Building
Performance Center staff approach the house as a system of interrelated
components. The building shell, the heating, cooling and ventilation
systems and the occupants all operate and have consequences for
the others. Using pressure measurements as a diagnostic tool
combined with the understanding of building science including;
moisture and heat flow we strive to identify and control the
3 main components of indoor air pollution; SOURCES / PATHWAYS
/ DRIVING FORCES. Our team of trained, experienced investigators
has resolved moisture problems in hundreds of homes in the Northwest.
We don’t have any silver bullets and won’t try to high pressure
sell you a product or service that deals with the symptom and not the root
cause(s) of the problem you are trying to solve in your home or workplace.
